Then that would be different… but if open to everyone, what’s the difference?
Control of the space and its scheduling (you always get the date you want)? Knowing for a fact it’s otherkin-friendly rather than having to hem and haw about what the nature of your event is when you book it? I’m not sure what the OP had in mind in that regard.
